1、句中红线部分为何要用逗号分隔，为何不能紧挨着前面的program，两者的不同之处？

2、红线部分是否只能作定语，不可以剖析成状语。

1. now focused narrowly on race and gender  是 program 的非限制性定语（= which is now focused...），所以加逗号。意为 “这个项目目前只考虑种族和性别”。

若作状语，就跟 program 无关，讲不通。

2. look for 和 open up 并列。
